Whether you are new to meditation or seeking to deepen your practice, this course will help you increase your mindfulness. Mindfulness is the basis for all meditative practices. When one cultivates mindfulness as a daily practice the mind and body become less restless, negative thoughts begin to dissipate and our mood will naturally boost. During this course we will meditate on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness.
