In our Summer Session we will learn the Tai Chi Form. We will also continue to practice the spiraling movements, traditionally known as “silk reeling” which will allow us to explore deeper levels of embodiment. Silk reeling is the basis of Tai Chi training, helping the student to develop strength, internal energy, co-ordination, body awareness, unity in movement, relaxation and rooting.
